Cooking Instructions

Firsy, boil the potatoes. Then peel and mash them well.

Add chopped onions to the mashed mix. Add coriander leaves.

Now add salt, red chilli powder in it and mash the mixture well.

Take a bread, soak it little bit in water. (Note: don't soak the bread for long time. Just take it out after a second)

Now put a little amount of mashed potato mix on the bread and make a roll out of those. Make the number of rolls that you need.

Now heat the mustard oil well.

Then on a low flame, put the rolls in the pan and fry well.

Your bread rolls are ready.
