Fried yam and plantain with egg sauce

Peel, wash and cut the yam. Put oil on fire, when hot, salt the yam and fry

Peel, cut, salt and fry the plantain.

Put oil on fire, when hot, add the onions and stir for few seconds, add the tomatoes and pepper. Allow to fry for some mins. Add salt and seasoning cube to taste.

Break and whisk the egg, add to the sauce on fire, do not stir, allow on low heat to fry for few mins. Stir and drop
