Today I decided to cook omena for lunch for my family. I love omena
Cooking Instructions

Wash omena with hot water. And dry aside.

Heat enough oil then add omena to fry till golden brown and crunchy
- 3
Add onions and green pepper then mix
- 4
Add tomatoes and salt. Cook to mix well
- 5
Remove from heat and serve with Ugali
