Ingredients

40 gpowdered sugar
100 gunsalted butter
1tspn vanilla extract
1egg
160 gflour
1 1/2 tbspnthick jam(apple/strawberry)
1/8tspn of salt

Steps

Preheat oven to 425F

Cream butter,add powdered sugar and mix thoroughly

Next, add egg, vanilla extract, salt and mix well

Finally add flour and mix well

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, place the dough in a piping bag with star tip and pipe cookies into the baking sheet

Using a 1/4 thick stick gently press the Center of the cookie about half way making a little dent not a hole fill the Center with a little bit of jam

Bake until the sides of the cookies are starting to turn golden brown.
