Sharing a delicious unique tomato chutney with charred flavour and tangy taste of orange.
Steps

Roast Tomato, capsicum and chilli-garlic in open flame.
- 2
Peel the skin of tomato and oughly chop.
- 3
Also chop roasted capsicum, garlic and chilli.
- 4
Peel orange and roughly chop.
- 5
Place all these chopped ingredients in a mincer.
- 6
Mince them to make a coarse chutney.
- 7
Transfer to a bowl and add salt and coriander leaves.
- 8
Mix nicely, adjust salt and serve as a nice accompaniment.
