Wash & wipe the chillies.

Cut it or you can keep it while for stuffing.we keep it here cut, because it is very easy to eat.

All spices should be roasted in slow flame execpt turmeric.

Griend the roasted spices.mix salt as your choice.

Add all spices in the cut chillies.

Add mango powder,oil in it.

Add vinegar in it.

Mix all things very well.

Keep it in meat & wiped jar.

Keep it in the sun rays for 3,4 days.

This pickle is for whole years.

We can enjoy it for whole year.
