Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cupsflour
  2. 1 cupsugar
  3. 1 tspbaking soda
  4. 1 tspbaking powder
  5. 3ripe bananas
  6. 1large egg
  7. 1/3 cupoil
  8. 1 tspvanilla

Steps

  1. 1

    In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients.

  2. 2

    In another bowl, mash the bananas. Add egg, oil and vanilla; mix well.

  3. 3

    Stir into the dry ingredients just until moistened. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups half full.
