1 cupghee
1 cupsugar
1 tspOrange zest
as neededcashew for garnish

Heat a pan pour ghee 0ut besan flore

Keep fri once flore turns colour pour orange juice,orange zest keep fri as lumpfree add sugar,mix well once burco leaves to the pan

Transfer the mould cut square pieces kaju pieces as garnish it ready to serve
