1 cupAll Purpose Flour
1/4 cupStrawberry chopped
1/2 tspBaking soda
3 tbspThick Curd /Yogurt
3/4 cupMilk
3 tbspsSugar
2 tbspbutter to grease the pan
as neededstrawberry slices to serve with pancakes
For Chocolate Strawberry Chilli Sauce
1/4 cupchocolate chips
2large Strawberry chopped
1small Red Chilli chopped
2 tbspSugar
1-2 tbspMilk

For Pancake : In a blender add the strawberries, curd, sugar and blend it to a fine puree.

In a mixing bowl add the all purpose flour, baking soda and mix well.

Add the puree and milk and make a smooth batter without lumps.

Heat the griddle or pan. Grease it with butter.

Pour a ladle full of the batter into the hot pan and make 3-4 inches circle and cook the for 3-5 mins till bubbles form on the top.

Flip the Pancake and cook for 2-3 mins until golden from outside and set from inside. Continue the same with the remaining batter.

For Making The Sauce: In a blender add the strawberries, sugar, chilli, milk and blend it coarsely.

In a sauce pan add the blended strawberry mixture and bring to boil. Cook till the strawberry becomes soft.

Add the chocolate chips and stir continously in medium heat till chocolate melts completely and sauce becomes thick.

Serve pancakes with strawberry slices drizzle with sauce.
