This traditional kebab made with green chana, spinach, mint, coriander, green chillies and lemon juice is a quick and tasty starter that is loved by everyone. It can be eaten as a starter or snack. It is very easy to make and tastes wonderful too!

Combine all the ingredients in a mixer and blend to a coarse mixture. Mix well.

Divide the mixture into 8 to 10 equal portions and shape them into flat kebabs.

Heat a non-stick tava and and cook a few kebabs at a time till they are golden brown in colour from both the sides.

Serve hot with chutney, chat masala or tomato ketchup.
