Ingredients

  1. 1 tbsplight soy sauce
  2. pinchsea salt
  3. 1 tspbrown sugar
  4. 2 tspcorn flour
  5. 1 tbspwater
  6. The Black Pepper Sauce:
  7. 1large onion
  8. 3 tspgarlic
  9. 1 tspblack pepper corns
  10. 1 tspbrown sugar
  11. 2 tbsplight soy sauce
  12. 2 tbspworcestershire sauce
  13. 1 tbspcornflour + 1 cup water
  14. 1 tspsesame oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate the chicken chpo

  2. 2

    Grill the chicken

  3. 3

    Heat sesame oil. add onion and garlic saute till light gold

  4. 4

    Add the sauces and sugar + black pepper.

  5. 5

    Add cornflour + water
