Ingredients

  • 50 gmminced beef
  • 1 ozleeks
  • 2 ozparsnips
  • 2 ozSayote
  • 4small dried scallops
  • 2 cupswater for soaking
  • 3 Tbslittle millets

    Soak dried scallops overnight in 2 cups of hot water. Reserve this soaking liquid for cooking the porridge.

  2. 2

    Wash minced beef. And dump all ingredients into the rice cooker.
