Ingredients

  1. Broccoli
  2. 2Eggs
  3. Fresh tomatoes 2 plum
  4. 2-3Fresh pepper
  5. Onion (preferably spring) 1 small
  6. Garlic 1 clove (optional)
  7. Veg. Oil 1/4 of cooking spoon

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and cut the broccoli into small chuncks

    Cut your tomatoes, pepper, onion and garlic

    Whisk the eggs and set aside

    Heat up oil in a pan and add onion and garlic.fry to release the flavor then add the tomatoes and peppers and fry for a minute.

  5. 5

    Then add stock cube 1/2 of the regular 4g, a pinch of salt and the broccoli and continue frying for another minute. Add eggs and cook for another minute stirring at interval so it does not get burnt. I would sprinkle just a little water to help with the non sticking. And the meal is ready after a minute.can go with boiled yam, plantain, noddles just anything 😂
