  1. 2 cuprice
  2. 5medium potatos
  3. Tomatos
  4. Scotch bonnet
  5. 1large Onions
  6. Garlic
  7. Spices
  8. 5 cubeseasoning
  9. Oil
  10. Fried Chicken

Steps

  1. 1

    Step 1..cook rice and pinch of salt..set aside.

  2. 2

    Step2.Blend tomatos scotch Bonnet garlic onions.peel and chop potatoes in small pieces..

  3. 3

    Step3.heat oil add blend ingredient allow to fry add spices seasoning,add chop potatoes and fried chicken add stock allow to cook till the potatos is soft..

  4. 4

    Serve with rice.
