Ingredients

  1. 250 gmsmaida
  2. 1 tspblack pepper
  3. 1 tspkasoori methi
  4. 1/2 tspAjwain/carom seeds
  5. To tastesalt
  6. As requiredOil
  7. As requiredWater

Cooking Instructions

    Put maida,black pepper, kasoori methi, ajwain, salt in a mixing bowl

  2. 2

    Add some Lukewarm water and make a dough

  3. 3

    Now make balls with the dough roll it and cut into lengthwise

  4. 4

    Heat oil in a wok add Nimki and deep fry till golden in colour
