Steps

First grind tomatoes with ginger,phool makhanas and 2 tbsp milk in a mixer

Now heat oil ina pan or wok and add cumin seeds,cloves,ajwain,hing,cardemom seeds and saute them.

Now add tomato puree and stir well on sim.

Now add turmeric powder,black pepper powder,coriander powder and salt anc mix and cook on sim till the masalas are cooked well andstart leaving oil on sides.

Now add water and let it boill on sim.

Now add milk and malai and let the gravy cook on sim for few minutes.

Now add paneer pieces and let them cook and mix with gravy on sim.

Now add kasuri methi and give a boil on sim.

Serve hot with chapatties,parathas,puris or rice.
