I believe for alot of people that is me inclusive have had a terrible taste bud experience in hotels when it comes to spaghetti bolognais so I had to make it a priority to get a better recipe just to prove that this meal cannot be that all bad lol... Heat the oil in a pot and add diced onion and garlic fry to caramalize then add the meat and fry till brown then add the flour to soak up the fat but if you are fan of eating healthy like me you can skip the flour it will still come out fine. 😂

Add the beef stock,chopped tomatoes and the puree. Stir and cook for couple of minutes.

Then add a glass of red wine, salt, stock cube,pepper and the mixed herbs.

Lower the heat to a simmer and leave to cook for an hour stirring every 10mins. Serve with pasta /macaroni and grated cheese

Note that cooking on low heat for an hour is absolutely critical that being said the sauce can be made a day before to save time when needed.
