I realised that you are what you eat, if you eat medicine you are just that and if you eat healthy foods that's what you become. A friend told me you are actually "what you ate" and since I try to clean my system now and then of some of the toxins(processed foods) that I eat.

I realised that you are what you eat, if you eat medicine you are just that and if you eat healthy foods that's what you become. A friend told me you are actually "what you ate" and since I try to clean my system now and then of some of the toxins(processed foods) that I eat.

Ingredients

  1. 1 cupGrated coconut
  2. 1 cupspinach
  3. 1cucumber
  4. 1karera
  5. I cup water
  6. 1/2avocado

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Dice and put them in a blender. Blend them completely.

  2. 2

    You can sieve or take it as a smoothie(smoothie has all the fibres so very good for your digestion).

  3. 3

    Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach and take your breakfast 4 hours later. This will give it time to cleanse your git.
