Ingredients

  1. 5-6medium sized tomatoes
  2. 2Red carrots
  3. 1 tspSalt
  4. 1 tspblack salt
  5. 7-8black pepper
  6. 3-4cloves
  7. 1small dalchini stick
  8. to tasteSugar
  9. as neededWater
  10. 2 TBSPCapsicum finely chopped
  11. 2 TBSPCabbage finely chopped
  12. as neededButter

Steps

  1. 1

    Pressure cook tomatoes and carrot with all above mentioned spices and little amount of water. Give 2-3 whistles.Grind the boiled vegetables. Sieve them by adding water. Add sugar, capsicum and cabbage. Cook for another 10-15 mins. While serving add butter. Serve it hot......
