Ingredients

  1. 1 cupoats
  2. 1/4 cupwholemeal maize flour
  3. Water
  4. 1 cupGrated Coconut

Cooking Instructions

    Boil a cup of water in a pot.

    When it boils add your oats.

  3. 3

    Stir until it boils then start adding your flour a little at a time till it mix and starts forming a hard ugali.

    Then add your grated coconut.

  5. 5

    Let it harden to your liking. I prefer mine not sticking to the wooden spoon.

    Then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.

  7. 7

    Your ugali is ready, am eating clean so this is my lunch and I will serve it with lots of steamed greens and avocado.
