Ingredients

  • 5-6medium sized tomatoes
  • 2Red carrots
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1 tspblack salt
  • 7-8black pepper
  • 3-4cloves
  • 1small dalchini stick
  • to tasteSugar
  • as neededWater
  • 2 TBSPCapsicum finely chopped
  • 2 TBSPCabbage finely chopped
  • as neededButter

Steps

  1. 1

    Pressure cook tomatoes and carrot with all above mentioned spices and little amount of water. Give 2-3 whistles.Grind the boiled vegetables. Sieve them by adding water. Add sugar, capsicum and cabbage. Cook for another 10-15 mins. While serving add butter. Serve it hot......
