Sabse pehle chawal or dal dono ko 1 hour ke liye pani mein bigo denge. ab hum cooker mein desi ghee dalenge or use melt hone denge. ab hum add karenge jeera,hing,haldi or mila denge.abadd karenge adrak kapaste or mila denge.ab add karenge lal mirch powder,garam masala powder or add karenge amchoor powder or add karenge namak or mila denge.or ab hum chawal daal ko bhi mila denge.(khichdi mein pani hum is tarike se dalenge ki agar 1 cup khichdi hi to 2 cup pani add karenge.or in sab ko mila denge.
