  12. 1 tspcumin
  13. 1 tspred chilli powder
  14. 1 tspcoriander powder
  15. 1 tspgarlic or peanut powder
  16. 1 tspturmeric powder
  17. 1 tspcoriander powder
  18. 1 tspgaram masala powder

    Sabse pehle hum bhagone mein pani boiled karenge or pani mein kathal daal denge. ab hum 2-5 min.boiled hone denge.ab hum kathal ko nikal denge pani se.kathal pak gaye hi.
    ab hum pan mein oil dalenge or oil garam ho gaya hi.ab hum add karenge jeera.ab add karenge hing or add karenge besan. or ab hum ise acche se bhunege.medium flame mein besan ko bhunenge.ab add karenge pyaz or acche se bhunege 1 min. ke liye.

    Ab add karenge tamater or acche se mila denge.ab add karenge hari mirch or add karenge lehsun or peanut powder or add karenge haldi.or add karenge kuti dhaniyaor add karenge adrak ka paste. ab add karenge kathal or thoda sa pani add karenge or steam mein 2-5 min. pakayenge.ab 2-5 min. ho gaye hi.ab hum add karenge dhaniya powder and garam masala powder or acche se mila dena hi.ab add karenge namak.or add karenge thodi si dalchini or add karenge barik kati hui dhaniya.or mila denge.
