  • 1 1/2 cupflour
  • 1 1/2 cupCastor sugar
  • 3eggs
  • 1 cupoil
  • 2 1/4 cupshredded carrots
  • 1 teaspoonbaking soda
  • 1 teaspooncinnamon powder

Steps

10 mins
  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients evenly and put in an ungreased glass dish.

    Microwave for 10 min. Let cool before taking out. Cut in slices and serve.

    *you can put creamcheese icing on top to add to the treat! :)
