Ingredients

  • 2 pkgchicken flavor ramen noodles
  • 1 (10 oz)frozen broccoli florets, thawed
  • 1 (9 oz)frozen baby carrots, thawed
  • 1 (8 oz)can sliced water chestnuts, drained
  • 1/4 cupstir-fry sauce
  • 1 lbboneless skinless chicken breasts, thin sliced
  • 1 tbsvegetable oil

  1. 1

    Bring 4 cups of water to boil in a large saucepan

  2. 2

    Add noodles, broccoli and carrot to water

  3. 3

    Cook on medium-high heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally; drain and set aside

  4. 4

    Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat

  5. 5

    Add chicken and stir until browned. (approx 8 minutes)

  6. 6

    Stir in noodles and vegetables along with stir-fry sauce and one flavor packet from noodle package

  7. 7

    Stir mix until well blended and add water chestnuts.

  8. 8

    Cover and simmer for approx 5 minutes.

  9. 9

    Uncover and stir lightly before serving.
