Steps

Bring 4 cups of water to boil in a large saucepan

Add noodles, broccoli and carrot to water

Cook on medium-high heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally; drain and set aside

Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat

Add chicken and stir until browned. (approx 8 minutes)

Stir in noodles and vegetables along with stir-fry sauce and one flavor packet from noodle package

Stir mix until well blended and add water chestnuts.

Cover and simmer for approx 5 minutes.

Uncover and stir lightly before serving.
