Arrange ingredients, grind the chilies and coriander together in a food processor and after that whip the yogurt, fresh cream and mayonnaise separately.

In a bowl add chicken, then garlic paste, cumin seeds and lemon juice. After that add spices.

After mixing the chicken add green chilli and coriander paste. Then mix the batter.

Now add whipped mayonnaise and mix smoothly. After this add cream and fold the chicken.

Next step is to pour whipped yogurt and gently fold and cover the chicken. Clean the sides of bowl. Marination process is done. Store in refrigerator for 5 minutes.

Now arrange bamboo sticks and veggies. Make it like this. Then add oil in fry pan and cook on low flame until chicken has become golden brown.

Now serve in plate with any dish. Enjoy.
