Peel carrots and grate them. Add grated carrots and milk in cooker and pressure cook till a whistle.
(pressure cook krne se milk thoda fatt jata. It gives a good texture, colour and flavor to halwa.. Trust me 😊) - 2
Now transfer the content to deep bottom pan, and let it cook at low flame until milk is absorbed completely.
Then add sugar and mix well. Let the water of it dry completely and then add ghee and cardamom powder.
Give a good mix. Add khoya, mix well and add chopped nuts.. - 3
For rabdi, Boil milk on a low flame. Keep collecting the malai at walls. Keep stirring the milk so that it doesn't stick at bottom of the pan.
When it's thickend completely, add saffron,cardamom powder and nuts. Off the flame
### For faster rabdi, u can add cornflour or khoya or even milk powder (to thicken) - 4
For assembling, line muffin cups

Take 2 tbsp halwa in each cup, press down in moulds firmly to take shape of cups. Refrigerate for an hour...

Just pull the wrap from one side and cups will come out safely from moulds..
Fill with rabdi. Serve with pista and saffron
