Ingredients

  1. 100 gramspeanuts
  2. 50 gramssugar
  3. 1 litrefull cream milk
  4. 1 tspcardamom powder
  5. 2 pinchsaffron
  6. 2 spoonsspinach Purée
  7. 2 spoonsgrated coconut
  8. 1 spoonghee
  9. 2 spoonmilk

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly roast peanuts on medium flame for two or three minutes.

    Make fine powder.

    Take a pan heat on medium flame add two spoons water and sugar make sugar syrup.

    Add peanut powder, 2 spoons milk, cardamom powder and one spoon ghee roast on medium flame like Mawa.

    Slightly warm peanut Dough make peanut Kalash with the help of your palm.

    Take a whole pan add milk cook on high flame reduce one third add cardamom powder and sugar mix well, make rabdi

    Divided milk into 3 parts

  8. 8

    In One part of milk add coconut powder

  9. 9

    In Second part milk add saffron

  10. 10

    In Third part milk add spinach puree

    Decorate peanut Kalash tricolor rabdi with almonds.
