Ingredients

2 cupspreboiled oiled rice
Carrots diced
Spring onions for garnishing
Yellow and red bell peppers
Red onions diced

Steps

1

Fry the onions till translucent
2

Add the carrots cook till the oil turns yellow
3

Add the precooked rice, stir to mix well
4

Add the bell peppers, stir
5

Add few drops of dark soy sauce, stir well to combine.
6

Simmer and garnish using the spring onions
