Ingredients

  1. 500 gchicken breast, boneless, cut into small dices
  2. Grind together :
  3. 10red small shallots
  4. 5garlics
  5. salt
  6. 1 tbspcoriander powder
  7. 1small candlenut
  8. 2 tbspginger powder
  9. 2 tbspgalangal powder
  10. 1 tbsplime water
  11. 5 tbspsweet soy sauce
  12. 2 tbspolive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate chicken breast pieces with the ground spices. leave it overnight in the fridge.

  2. 2

    Stick 5-6 meat pieces into a skewer. repeat this step for each prepared skewer. you will get around 14-15 ready-to-grill satay sticks.

  3. 3

    Grill the satay in the oven for 10 minutes for each side. basting the satay with olive oil during the grilling if necessary or as you want to avoid dryness.
