Once the temperature has established you should be on a roll with dry frying these. Say about the 2nd or 3rd one.

Put the dry ingredients in a bowl of whatever mixer you use. Use a whisk to mix up abit. Add the oil the use the dough hook and mix whilst adding the water slowly. Then leave the mixer on for 3 minutes so the dough incorporates nicely.

Flour the surface cut into half then half again till you have 16 pieces. Roll into balls then slightly flatten with the palm of your hand and place on a baking tray and cover for 15-20 minuets

Put the frying pan on a medium heat. And start to roll out each tortilla till nearly transparent, then dry fry.

Put on the frying pan cook the tortillas for one minute then flip it and cook for a further 30 seconds, there should be a few light brown patches on it if it goes to dark lower the heat. Then enjoy !!
