Fried rice and chicken with coleslaw

Steps

Put water on fire,when it's boiling wash and pour in the rice. Allow to parboil for 3mins, drop and wash the rice and set aside.

Put the chicken stock on fire and water(desired quantity), add cube, curry, part of the ginger and garlic, spices, 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, salt, and allow it to boil. Then add the parboiled rice and allow to cook.

Fry the vegetables, add the remaining ginger and garlic, spices, the liver, sweet corn and other ingredients. Add the cooked rice and fry on low heat by mixing it properly. Put off heat and fried rice is ready.

Mix the cabbage, cucumber and carrots together. Warm the baked beans and add on top of the mixture. Coleslaw is ready.
