Steps

Wash and chopped, spring onions, tomato and potatoes.

Heat a Kadai, pour oil then add panchforan, then add chopped potatoes and fry 2 minutes.

Now add salt, a pinch turmeric powder, green chilli and chopped spring onions and cook for 10 minutes in medium flame.

After 10 minutes,add chopped tomato and cook for 10 minutes more.

Now check if cooked, then add poppy seeds paste little water and after boiling turn off the flame.

Pyaj postu is ready. Serve with rice
