Blend bitterleaf and scent leaf in a blender till it comes to a smooth paste and set aside.

Boil your meat and spice it well. I like to blend onions and pepper and add to my meat to boil.

When meat is boiled, add ogiri to the stalk then add palm oil and extra spices if needed. Cover and allow to boil for flavors to come out well. You can also add fish and crayfish but I don’t eat them and that’s why it’s not part of the recipe.

When stalk has boiled for about 10 mins, add the blended vegetables. Lower the heat and allow vegetables to cook properly (about 15-20 mins)

Put soup off and serve with hot swallow of ur choice!!!
