Try to separate the cabbage leaves without breaking them.

Boil them in water for ten minutes until half-cooked.

Remove the stem in the middle of the leaf with a knife, cut it into small pieces, and set aside.

Wash the rice well and add the spices to it.

Add the ground beef and mix well.

Start stuffing the cabbage leaves in this way and continue with the entire quantity.

In a pot, add olive oil and chopped onion, then add the previously chopped cabbage, a pinch of cumin, salt, and a little seven spices, and sauté well.

Place a few cabbage leaves at the bottom of the pot and start arranging the stuffed cabbage rolls.

Chop the garlic cloves, add the dried mint and pomegranate molasses, and pour water into the pot until covered.

Place a plate or weight on the pot to prevent the cabbage rolls from opening during cooking, and leave on low heat for 30 to 45 minutes.
