Leopard cheese cake

Crush the cookies and mix melted butter. Put butter paper for lining in the mousse ring tin and pour butter cookies mixture and press to set, keep in fridge.

Put egg yolk in a mixing bowl and add oil, honey, water, vanilla essence one by one and mix well. Add cake flour with mixture.

Add lemon juice in the egg white and beat with the beater and add sugar by 3 addition. Make it soft peak. Add egg white in the Maida egg mixture by 3 addition.

Take 3 tbsp cake mixture in each two bowl and mix coco powder one bowl and dark one another bowl, mix well. Pour two type coco mixture in two piping bags. Keep butter paper in the baking tray and design leopard with these two colour. Put the tray in preheated oven for 1 minute.

Take out the tray and pour the cake mixture on the tray evenly. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degree Celsius. Keep for cool.

Take gelatin and add water. Heat milk,bring to boil and add water soaked gelatin. Take cream cheese,add sugar, yogurt and beat to make soft. Whipping the fresh cream and add with cream cheese. Add strawberry syrup and gelatin. Keep 2-3 tbsp cheese mixture in anothe bowl for top design.

Cut the leopard designs cake in the shape of mousse ring. Line the ring with the cake (Design should be out side). Pour cream cheese and fill half of the ring. Sprinkle chopped strawberries and pour rest of the mixture, fill it.

Mix liquid milk chocolate in 1tbsp cheese mix and dark chocolate in another 1 tbsp mix. Pour mixture in different piping and make leopard design on the top. Keep the mousse ring tin in the fridge for 7-8 hours.

When cheese cake is set, remove the side ring. Full design will visible. Cut and serve.
