Steps

Whisk sugar, egg, add butter, flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and food color

Transfer in ur non stick frying pan which has been greased with butter, when you scoop the batter in the pan, use the back of ur spoon and move in circular motion spreading the batter round and allover the pan

Cover and allow to cook for max 5 minutes

Bring down and fold using a sealing pin or a foil paper, keep in fridge to cool off

When cooled, open and spread whiping cream,roll back and put in the fridge again.. bring out, sift icing sugar on it, spread some redvelvet crumbs

Cut in slices
