Then required amount of water, mix ur achi with oil in a different plate and add to the already boiled Water in the pot. Some people like to fry the achi

While allowing to boil add ur meat, dry fish, ogili akwukwo.kpomo,crayfish and other ingredients

Allow to steam and thickened as desired. Salt to taste then add ur Oha leave.

Allow to cook a little while then serve with ur wheat, garri,fufu....etc
