Steps

Knead a soft dough with wheat flour salt, 1/2 teaspoon oil and water. Keep it rest for sometime.

Heat a pan with oil and add chopped onion and fry until it soft. Add french bean, carrot and fry with salt and turmeric powder. Cook with lid until the veggies are soft. Add green chilli and sugar mashed it and let it to cool.

Now the dough divide into small balls. Roll it into round shape put the veggies as a fillings in the middle, fold it well and roll it again into desired shape. Brush oil on both part of parantha and fry on low heat
