Roll out the puff pastry and apply the molten chocolate together with the lemon rinds

Fold in and cut into desired shapes

Using a fork, press the edges of the shapes just to create a design

Place on a gresaed oven tray and apply some egg wash

Put in a 10-minute, 200 degree preheated oven, and bake for 10 minutes
