Steamed Rice ball stuffed with twisted pasta

This innovative steam rice ball recipe.. was first time prepared by me and it's came out very scrumptious. The most appealing idea for me is the stuffed pasta with rice ball accompanied with ginger pepper soy sauce. It is really a great combination because the taste and texture is so rich in every bite.

This innovative steam rice ball recipe.. was first time prepared by me and it's came out very scrumptious. The most appealing idea for me is the stuffed pasta with rice ball accompanied with ginger pepper soy sauce. It is really a great combination because the taste and texture is so rich in every bite.

Firstly preheat a pan with 1.5 cup water and give it a boil. When it's done spread the rice flour and cover it.Turn off the flame after 5 minutes and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Now open the lid and with the help of laddle mix the dough.Transfer the dough in another plate and try to knead it. Do it carefully as it's very hot.

Combine and knead to make a smooth dough.Cover it and keep it aside.

For stuffing, preheat the pan and add 2 tbs oil. Next add chopped onion, chilies, carrot and saute for few seconds.

Meanwhile boil the pasta and when it's done sieve it and keep aside.

Now add spring onion, vinegar, salt, soy sauce, tomato sauce and saute only in high flame. Then add boiled pasta, coriander and saute. When it's done turn off the flame and keep aside.

For making Rice balls : Divide the dough into balls.Take a ball and start rolling using fingers,make cavity to fill stuffing.

Now fill the stuffing and seal the corners and try to give a shape of balls. Make a smooth surface and using knife give a design. Now repeat the process and make other rice balls.

For steaming balls : Add 4 cups of water in steamer and let it boil for 10 minutes. Now grease the plate and place the rice balls.

Now place over the steamer and steam the rice balls for 20 minutes. After it's done let it cool for few minutes.

For sauce add soy sauce, vinegar, honey, ginger and chilies. Mix well to make a sauce.

Serve the rice balls hot with prepared ginger pepper soy sauce. Enjoy the meal.
