Ingredients

  1. 1 cupbroken wheat
  2. 1/2 cuppeas
  3. 1/2 cupchopped cauliflower
  4. 1/2 cupchopped cabbage
  5. 1/2 cupchopped carrot
  6. 1/2 cupchopped tomato
  7. 1chopped onion
  8. 3 tbspghee
  9. 1/4 tspcumin
  10. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  11. 1/4 tsphing
  12. to tasteSalt
  13. 2lavang
  14. 1/2 tsplemon juice
  15. 1 tspmagic - e- masala powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan and roast broken wheat, roast in medium flame

    When the broken wheat has nice brown colour then keep it aside

  3. 3

    Take a pressure cooker and add 2-3 tsp oil in it

  4. 4

    Add cumin, hing, onion in it

  5. 5

    Then add all masale, vegetables, broken wheat and 5/2 cup water in it

    Take 4-5 whistle of it

  7. 7

    Spicy broken wheat is ready but have to add lemon juice and magic - e-masala powder in it
