Ingredients

2 cupsgram flour
10large potatoes
1 cupwater
1 Tbspturmeric
1 Tbspchilli powder
Coriander
Oil to fry
to tasteSalt

Steps

Clean potatoes, don't peel the skin boil till well cooked. Drain water and let it cool off completely.

Make a paste with all other ingredients. Not too light not too heavy

Deep fry till golden brown. Serve while hot with tamarind sauce.
