  1. 2punch kales
  2. 1tomato
  3. 1onion
  4. Flour
  5. Water

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and cut the kales fry onion,add in tomatoes, let it cook for few mins,add in the kales,stir well,cover for 2 min,serve.

  2. 2

    Boil water,till ready, add in flour bit by bit,till is well combined,using mwiko,when is ready,serve with your friend kales.
