Sweet rice rolls

Take a pan and heat 1/2 tablespoon ghee in it.

Once ghee is melted add milk to it.

Now add milk powder slowly to avoid lumps and mix well.

After milk powder add sugar and again mix well.

Once powdered sugar is mixed up add rice flour slowly to avoid lumps. After adding rice flour the mixture will be condensed enough. Cook it till it forms like a large lump. Now switch off your gas and let it cool for 5 minutes with lid on the pan.

After 5 minutes mash this lump well to make smooth dough. Now make rolls of this dough.

Now heat rest of ghee in a shallow pan at low flame and place these rolls in pan. Change the sides of these rolls. Shallow fry these rolls from all sides till golden brown colour.

Now put some milk powder in a plate and take out these rolls from pan and spread a layer of milk powder on these rolls.

Serve these rolls to your guests as an unique sweet.
