Heat ghee in a pan, add lotus seeds and roast until it's crispy. Allow it rest and transfer into mixie jar and blend into a fine powder.

Boil milk in a pan, add lotus seeds flour, and mix nicely. Once it comes to slightly thick consistency, add milkmaid and desiccated coconut powder and keep mixing it.

Add almonds, cashew nut, raisins and mix it well cook for 5 minnutes switch off the flame, add rose water and mix it.

Lotus Seeds Flour halwa is ready, garnish it with some chopped dry fruits and ready to serve.
