Chop finely onion and bell pepper and mushrooms.Divide Brocolli from stem.Boil Brocolli, bell peppers, mushrooms and peas for 5-7 min.

Soak plain rice for 1hr. After soaking boil it till it cook well. Cool it in room temperature.

Take a kadai add oil in it and add bay leaf, cumin and onion.when onion get brown add rice and all the vegetables.Add salt and black pepper and cook it for 4-5 min.
