Take a mixing bowl, add wheat flour, methi leaves, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, ginger paste, carom seeds, cumin seeds, green chillies and oil, Mix everything well. Gradually add water and knead into a semi soft dough. Rest aside for 15-20 minutes.

Now take a ball from the dough, roll it little thick like a chapati, Heat the tawa and place the paratha on it. Now, with ur finger or thumb make a small small pinch, jst like khooba shape.

When it's cook from one side flip it, Flip the roti and spread ghee all over the roti, Flip it again and apply ghee on the other side. Flip and press the roti well on all sides with a spatula. Similarly press paratha on the other side and cook well. Serve it hot with any vegetable gravy, curry or pickle.
