1 cupMakki Daliya (corn simolina)
1 tspSalt
1/2 tspCumin
4-5 cupsWater
pinchHing (optional)
2 tbspCurd (optional)
For serving
as neededGhee
to tasteSugar (optional)
1/2 tspCumin powder

Wash makki Daliya and soke in water for 15mins

Add daliya in cooker,add whisked curd, cumin seeds pinch of a hing and salt.. Cook it in pressure cooker for 5-6 whistles

Serve hot with ghee.

If you like sweet have it with ghee and sugar
