Cut onion and pepper,wash and roughly grind

Fry pepper with palmoil add cut onions..when semi- fried add stock

Put daddawa,salt,spices and seasoning..wash some amnt of beans and put..put meat

Allow to cook well,increase more stock or water fr beans to b tender

Wen beans is vry tender,wash dried fish well and add

Adjust seasoning and reduce heat add ur kuka gradually using whisk to spread evenly to get desired consistency,whisk well to avoid lumps

Allow to simmer fr 5 mins..sprinkle yaji and serve with tuwo
